buffalo mozzarella is amazing. anyone who heads to this part of italy should try it. true mozzarella is so different then anything sold in the us. the cheese is about the size of a baseball, but the inside its soft and squishy like a sponge. when the fork cuts through it milk trickles out. it is really really good.
