take a double shot of espresso thirty minutes before your next workout.
it is a little habit that i have gotten into here... of course italian coffee is as strong as some low-grade cocaine anyway, but the burst of caffeine is the perfect stimulant to get you on your feet and ready to burn some major energy (no matter how beat you previously were).
eat something to cut the acidity if your stomach doesn't handle badass coffee well, otherwise you'll just feel sick for the duration of your workout.
