is the best italian sausage i have ever had... add a fresh-green mixed, oil and balsamic, salad (with some shredded oreggiano and black pepper), micca (the incredible regional bread of parma), and a glass of local pinto grigio- it makes for one hell of a dinner.... with dolce being strawberries and banana with cream, and a shot of disaronno.
try it sometime (when in parma?). it will blow your mind.
