sushi II

i went to the (only) other sushi place in parma yesterday. their sticky rice is pretty badass (although they add a sesame seed coating to the outside of their rolls giving it a different flavor then i am accustomed). their spicy tuna was alright... a bit too much mayo and i think i tasted something like chives also mixed in, which was also a bit odd. their california roll was actually pretty legit. they use real crab and use avocado (one of my favorite ingredients in rolls). they were very fresh in flavor. so for the first time in the history of my sushi career california roll beat spicy tuna. crazy world.
